If you’re a parent in the People’s Republic of Colorado, the government may soon take away your kids if you refuse to adopt their compelled speech.

In a 7 to 4 vote, Colorado’s House passed the “Legal Protections for Transgender Individuals Act,” which considers “deadnaming” and “misgendering” people “discriminatory.” In order to “determine the best interests of a child,” courts must therefore factor in whether a parent violates this speech code while deciding custody battles.

Your kid is no longer yours, according to this act. The court “shall determine the allocation of parental responsibilities,” based on whatever “physical, mental, and emotional conditions and needs” they decide the child has.

Their concept of “safety” of course, means whether or not your child’s feelings are “affirmed.”

At the same time, Colorado will prevent other states who believe medically “affirming” their delusions are unsafe from intervening in cross-state custody decisions.

The bill laughably charges parents who refuse to adopt their gender newspeak with “coercive control” while coercing them into sexually mutilating their children and participating in a biological lie if they ever want to see them again.

Teachers and places of “public accommodation” must also comply with the lie and play pretend with gender-deluded students. Gender based dress codes are therefore prohibited. Educators must refer to their pupils by whatever name or pronoun they identify with at the moment - no matter how young they are.

The bill only needs approval by the state senate now, in order to be codified into law. If passed, it will be Colorado’s second speech code this month, following their ban on “misgendering” the dead.
