Following the deadly terror attack in Nice on Thursday, Fox News’ Judge Jeanine Pirro sounded off on President Barack Obama and his “weak” legacy in the fight against terrorism.

In a Friday interview with “Fox & Friends,” Pirro called the President an “apologist” unwilling to do what is needed to destroy ISIS and prevent further bloodshed.

“We have a president who’s an apologist,” she began. “If this president would stop apologizing for what we do, what we are … then maybe America would be united and we would understand that they’re coming, they’re here, we’re next.”

“We’ve got a problem at the top of this country,” she added. “Right now, they are here. They’re gonna kill us – women, children. It doesn’t matter.”

Pirro argued that the U.S. needs to declare war against ISIS and to consider surveillance of mosques to prevent radicalization.

"They just want to kill us,” she said. “How dumb are we?! And Newt is right: we're sheep saying 'why are the wolves killing us?' Or, 'be nice to the wolves, not all wolves are bad.' Baloney!"

When asked what kind of legacy President Obama will have following the recent string of attacks in Europe as well as at home in Orlando and San Bernardino, Pirro said, "Weak! One word: weak.”

“He doesn't have a plan, he doesn't have a policy. He should be in academia," she said.
