If you’re a dude who thinks you’re a woman, it turns out that not only will gyms, schools, and most major retailers let you into women’s private changing spaces in full violation of female privacy, but you can even parade around in your birthday suit in front of little girls and get away with it.

Provided that you’re fat enough, of course.

That’s what just happened to one trans “woman” - i.e., a man - in Xenia, Ohio, who was reported by actual women on multiple occasions for strolling totally naked around the women’s locker room at a local YMCA in full view of God, the ladies, and even a few young girls. According to this, Darren Glines, who goes by “Rachel,” was reported on at least three separate occasions last year dating back to 2021 by women complaining that there was a man in their changing area. YMCA staff reportedly told the complainants that there was nothing they could do, as the man identified as trans and was therefore allowed in whatever space corresponded with his gender “identity” per YMCA policy, state law, and at the explicit direction of the Executive Director of the YMCA.

One mom finally filed a police report after Glines reportedly walked around the facility’s changing room nude, including where underage girls were present.

But a judge just found Glines not guilty of indecent exposure, even though it was acknowledged he'd strutted around full-monte in a women’s locker room in front of children. Why? Well, in addition to the fact that Glines wasn’t violating any YMCA rules, he’s apparently really, really fat, and his gut happened to cover up his bare nether regions, which is one argument his attorneys had made for why he shouldn't be found guilty of flashing anyone (women who actually saw his penis be damned).

“There is no question that Glines was in the women's locker room. However, Glines was not charged with trespass, nor was Glines charged with being in an area of the YMCA where Glines was not supposed to be,” Judge David McNamee said in his ruling.

"Quite simply, the facts do not exist to support a find of guilt, as charges. Glines' genitalia was not visible as a result of other portions of her body covering same," the judge added.

So basically, as long as the place is cool with it and your blubber hangs over your coconuts, it’s fine for you to sashay around on full penile display in front of kids.

As for the YMCA, the organization said in a statement that they’ll continue to allow biological men into women’s spaces regardless of whether it makes women and children uncomfortable, out of “respect for all people.”

“Under no circumstance will we investigate an individual’s birth identity and then assign individuals to locker rooms. That would be counter to the law, counter to respect for all people and it is not who or what we are as an organization,” a statement from YMCA read.

Sorry ladies. When it comes to protecting vulnerable people in intimate spaces, it looks like it's pricks before chicks over at the Y.
