West Virginia Democrat Sen. Joe Manchin is reportedly getting very unhappy with President Joe Biden’s multi-trillion-dollar socialist agenda.

The Hill reports Manchin is concerned with the mind-bogglingly high price tag on all of Biden’s far-left agenda items that the president laid out in his address Wednesday night – including his $1.9 trillion COVID relief plan, his $2.3 trillion American Jobs Plan, his $1.8 trillion American Families Plan, and a $2 trillion infrastructure plan.

“It’s a lot of money, a lot of money,” Manchin told reporters Wednesday night, per The Hill. “That makes you very uncomfortable.”

“Are we going to be able to be competitive and be able to pay for what we need in the country? We got to figure out what our needs are and maybe make some adjustments. Who knows?” he added, referencing the nation’s more than $28 trillion dollar debt.

“We’re at $28.2 trillion now, debt, so you have to be very careful. There’s a balance to be had here,” the West Virginia Democrat hedged.

Manchin has been carefully vocal in pushing back against Biden and his fellow Democrats’ more radical agenda items, including packing the Supreme Court and eliminating the filibuster, as well as saying he won’t support Biden’s infrastructure plan as written. If his opposition holds, it looks like Biden’s more expensive ticket items may have an uphill battle in the Senate.
