Joe Biden Was Set to Talk to Hispanics…So He Played ‘Despacito’ On His Phone

Oh, Joe. Oh, Joe, Joe, Joe.

In yet another inexplicable move that is almost beyond my ability to comment, Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden, just after being introduced by singer Luis Fonsi to speak on the start of Hispanic Heritage Month, pulled out his phone and began playing Fonsi’s popular 2017 hit “Despacito" to his Kissimmee, Florida audience.

"I just have one thing to say...hang on here," Biden said, looking down at his phone for a long moment.

And the ensuing half-dance moves were even more awkward then the silent eternity it took for Biden to find the song on YouTube.
