During Tuesday night’s GOP debate, Republican presidential candidate Jeb Bush argued that “Islamic terrorism” is the biggest threat facing America today.

“What’s the biggest threat facing America today?” the moderators asked.

“Islamic terrorism,” Bush replied.

He added that the U.S. ought to create safe zones for Syrians seeking to flee the region as a means to address the current refugee crisis.

“We ought to create safe zones for them in the region,” said Bush. “And that requires American leadership.”

The former Florida governor criticized President Obama and Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton for not making safe zones a priority issue.

What do you think is the biggest threat facing America today? Would you agree with Bush’s assessment?
