Multiple reports indicate that ISIS is so strapped for cash that they have started killing their injured fighters so they can sell their organs on the black market.

An Iranian news agency reported the terror group is having budget troubles due to loss of territory in the southern part of Mosul, Iraq, and have begun taking such desperate measures as selling the hearts and kidneys of their injured.

“Doctors were threatened to take out the body organs of a wounded ISIL militant," the al-Sabah newspaper reported citing an unnamed source in Mosul.

Medical sources say the personnel in just one of the hospitals in Mosul have seen corpses of at least 183 people who had their organs surgically removed from their bodies.

Iraqi Ambassador to the United Nations Mohamed Alhakim made the similar accusations last year, saying that ISIS is trafficking human organs and has executed a dozen doctors for failing to go along with their program.
