Hey, remember the border? No, not the Ukrainian border that our politicians love to try and throw billions and billions of dollars at. Nope, I’m talking about the U.S. southern border with Mexico. Yeah, that thing still apparently exists! No one pays much attention to it, but it’s allegedly still there.

Well, in case you were wondering how that thing that used to be a barrier that protected our country is doing, it’s open for business and all are invited! It’s essentially just a sieve at this point.

One journalist who has been keeping tabs on the border — because the Biden regime surely isn’t — is Fox News national correspondent, Bill Melugin.

On Monday, Melugin tweeted out a few videos displaying the level at which “border agents [are] overwhelmed” and how the human smugglers aiding illegal immigrants over said border “are brazen” and not “afraid.”

All this comes just a week before Title 42, which prevents “the spread of communicable diseases” by denying migrants asylum, expires.

Melugin’s latest collection of videos is from the Eagle Pass, Texas section of the border. The videos detail everything from the facilities that Border Patrol are building to hundreds of people crossing the Rio Grande River into the U.S. to the smugglers going back into Mexico to get ready for the next group waiting to be illegally smuggled into the country.

Can it be said that we even have a border anymore? Sure, we know where it’s supposed to be and what it’s supposed to mean. But does it serve any purpose other than to be avoided by the Biden regime?

At least there’s still real journalists, like Melugin, who still believe reporting on and paying attention to the border is important.
