Throughout his presidential campaign, businessman and presumptive GOP nominee Donald Trump has been parodied and satirized countless times, inserted into everything from Game of Thrones to Dr. Seuss’s “How the Grinch Stole Christmas.”

Bossa Studios, developer of hit video game Surgeon Simulator, decided to take this one step further. The newest version of the game, titled the Anniversary Edition, features an update called “Inside Donald Trump.” Players can now perform open-heart surgery on Trump, and must choose between giving him a heart of gold or one of stone.

According to the game’s description, the surgeon can “ease Donald's medicated sleep using Trump Vodka, gently caress him with a Trump Steak, and loosen his organs with the Trump Tower.” Also advertised are a “few other Trump-related surprises...some of them involving hands.”

Currently almost 18 billion dollars have been spent on Donald’s virtual surgery, with about 60% of users choosing to give him a heart of stone, according to the Surgeon Simulator website.

Surgeon Simulator: Anniversary Edition can be purchased for PC on Steam or for the PlayStation 4. Check out the trailer for the "Inside Donald Trump" update below:
