If you’re a Second Amendment advocate or supporter, President Joe Biden’s regime infringed on your rights once again on Tuesday, with Biden signing an executive order on “Reducing Gun Violence and Making Our Communities Safer,” according to a press release on the White House website.

As of this writing, Biden has yet to make his scheduled Tuesday afternoon address on the executive action, but the press release seems to convey what the president will say during the press conference.

Essentially, Biden is enacting the entire federal government to crack down on what they’re terming, “gun violence.” That most likely includes infringing on the rights of law-abiding gun owners while skirting Americans’ Constitutional right to bear arms.

And even though the Second Amendment states that an American’s right to bear arms “shall not be infringed,” it seems as though the Biden regime is doing just that.

There are multiple sections and subsections to the Biden regime assault on the Second Amendment, including “Policy,” “Implementation of the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act” and “Additional Agency Actions to Reduce Gun Violence.”

One element of this order is to increase the use of so-called “red flag laws,” which many Republicans support as well.

Safe storage of firearms seems to be a key component to the executive action, which, of course, the federal government will be in charge of defining.

One particularly concerning aspect of the order comes in Section 3, Part e of the order:

The Secretary of Defense, in consultation with the Attorney General and the Secretary of Homeland Security, shall develop and implement principles to further firearm and public safety practices through the Department of Defense’s acquisition of firearms, consistent with applicable law.

So about the implementation “principles to further firearm and public safety practices through the Department of Defense’s acquisition of firearms, consistent with applicable law.” Does that mean that the DOD is going to be working on instituting gun buyback programs “consistent with applicable law,” which means they’ll go as far as they can within the law that they created?

And part of this order also makes it seem that part of the Biden regime’s mission here is to further grow government and make sure they’re armed while attempting to disarm Americans.

“For purposes of this order, the term “Federal law enforcement agency” means an organizational unit or subunit of the executive branch that employs officers who are authorized to make arrests and carry firearms, and that is responsible for the prevention, detection, and investigation of crime or the apprehension of alleged offenders,” the order states.

How far are you willing to let the government go until we become disarmed like the U.K. or Australia?
