Given all the debate recently over illegal immigration in this country I figure it might be a good time to get, at least, a little bit of perspective. You may have heard about the recent mass grave found in Mexico. However, what you probably didn't hear is those killed were all illegal immigrants traveling through Mexico in order to get to the United States. Here's the report. Now its from Al Jazeera's English channel but the reporting seems solid.
So while being in the United States illegal means you are likely to be taken advantage of and ripped off being in Mexico illegally means you might end up being slaughtered by a drug cartel and dumped in a mass grave.
