If you want to throw a pride party for children, you can get away with it. You can even use COVID relief money to fund the indoctrination.

But if you want to embrace common sense – if you want to share that biological sex always determines gender identity – then you just might be punished for it.

Travis Lohr, an 18-year-old student at Kellogg High School in Idaho, received just such a punishment last week. At an assembly designed for seniors to share insights with the KHS underclassmen, Lohr wanted to encourage students away from the LGBTQ agenda.

“Guys are guys and girls are girls,” Lohr said in his comments. “There is no in-between.”

Following the assembly, the school prohibited Lohr from walking in his graduation ceremony.

One report suggests that Lohr was punished for going off-script from his school-pre-approved comments, which staff reportedly told all the seniors not to do. However, Lohr stated that his card was indeed reviewed, and no one told him that it was problematic to go off-book.

“I was never told that I couldn’t say what I said,” said Lohr. "I didn’t find it to be offensive to anybody – and I didn’t direct it toward any groups specifically.”

“There’s a lot of support for other genders and other groups, but yet I don’t see any support for people who just believe in two [genders],” he went on. “I don’t have any hatred toward gay people or transgenders – just like I hope they wouldn’t have any resentment toward me for believing what I believe.”

Several students walked out of school Friday in support of their classmate. The graduation, however, proceeded as scheduled, and without Lohr.

Lohr’s story demonstrates the true goal of the LGBTQ agenda: a world in which people who don't kowtow to the left's agenda can no longer speak up, and in which simple tolerance is no longer acceptable.
