None other than Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez opened her mouth and said something stupid … again.
In a video wearing an “abolish ICE” t-shirt, AOC yelled to the camera in defense of abortion. She claimed a bunch of garbage, but most notably that abortion is a Jewish sacrament.
Sweet fancy Moses, she’s a nut!
She began by mocking people, like me, who know that abortion harms the life of an innocent child and then said that “some religions don’t” agree.

“Our Jewish brothers and sisters, they are able to have an abortion according to their faith,” she insisted.
Not only did AOC misunderstand the Jewish position on the topic of abortion but on religious freedom too, as The Federalist concluded.
AOC also claimed, “There are so many faiths that do not have the same definition of life as fundamentalist Christians. And so, what about their right? What about their right to exercise their faith?”
Vice President of the Media Research Center’s Free Speech America and Business divisions, Dan Schneider, is a practicing Jew and squashed AOC’s claims.
A central and vital principle of Judaism is the value of life. We thank God in our daily prayers for giving us this life and for connecting us to those who came before and those who will come after. AOC's sick perversion of this principle not only reveals her disdain for life but also for the faith she pretends to follow.
AOC is simply perverting principles to fit a narrative that she wants and to attempt to justify abortion. AOC also claims to be a practicing Catholic but disregards the Catholic Church's unequivocal teaching that abortion is a sin. I guess she thinks we can just pick and choose what parts of religion we wish to follow.
As a matter of fact, she called it “authoritarian,” “ridiculous” and “theocratic” for people to think that abortion is a grave evil.

Funny thing is, you don’t have to be religious to recognize when life begins. People should be pro-life because science tells them that at the moment of conception, new life is formed.
AOC didn’t prove anything whatsoever. If anything, she weakened her defense for abortion and simply showed how out-of-touch with reality she is.
