Hillary Clinton: The 2016 Election Was ‘Stolen’ From Me

1.2k views

The saga of excuses continues.

Hillary Clinton at an event over the weekend suggested that the 2016 U.S. presidential election was “stolen” from her, yet another reason including white women not being strong enough to vote their conscious and the media for its “schizophrenic” coverage.

Speaking in Los Angeles Saturday night alongside husband Bill Clinton as part of their “Evening with the Clintons” speaking tour, Hillary said she has been telling potential 2020 Democratic candidates that it could happen to them, too.

“I think it’s also critical to understand that, as I’ve been telling candidates who have come to see me, you can run the best campaign, you can even become the nominee, and you can have the election stolen from you,” said Clinton.

“And that, my friends, has nothing to do with the economy,” she continued, with a jab to President Donald Trump as Fox News reported.

“So part of our challenge is to understand what it will take to put together not only the popular vote but the Electoral College,” she said.

Clinton did not elaborate further on the "stolen" election claim, but she did make sure to criticize her former opponent President Trump, saying that she refuses to accept Attorney General William Barr’s conclusion that the Special Counsel Robert Mueller's investigation found no evidence of collusion or obstruction of justice.
