Hillary supporters have blamed President Donald Trump for many things, but now apparently Trump is providing children an excuse for why they may have ‘C’s’ on their report cards.

Trump using the term “fake news” is at the center of this low-grade conspiracy.

On Wednesday, long-time Clinton adviser Phillippe Reines warned a group of interns at The Washington Center about the dangers that Trump poses to children by using the term ‘fake news’.

“I think what he’s doing with the constant ‘fake news’ and the disparaging people is  - I don’t have kids, and there are times I wish I did, right now I’m glad I don’t. Because what he’s doing - I think, to an entire generation of children is horrific. I, mean you hear stories about kids coming home and their parents saying, ‘What’s with the C on your report card?’ And they say, ‘It’s a fake report card’.”

The man who used to pretend to be Trump for Hillary’s presidential debate preparations claims that this happens. He has heard the stories.

Surely, you hear about these stories all the time? Don’t you?
