Here Are the 13 Republicans Who Helped Pass Pelosi’s 'Infrastructure' Scheme

Late Friday and into the morning on Saturday, 13 big-government Republicans joined House Speaker Nancy Pelosi at the $1.2 trillion feast of our earnings and our kids’ earnings called the “Infrastructure Bill" - not only voting for it, but also paving the way for Joe Biden’s even more gruesome $3.5 trillion “Build Back Better” (will the next be called “Build Back Better-er”?) “reconciliation budget” to be cleared for a vote.

Wendell Husebo writes for Breitbart:

The 13 establishment House Republicans who voted to pass the $1.2 trillion ‘bipartisan’ infrastructure bill, which will now go to Biden’s desk to sign, sprung free the far-left framework of the reconciliation package. The reconciliation package is a measure far-left Democrats had been fighting over for months while holding the infrastructure bill hostage.

And, Breitbart’s James P. Pinkerton notes this “infrastructure bill” is filled with left-wing pork, including:

$15 billion to aid electric vehicles (EV), including $7.5 billion for EV charging stations and $5 billion for the purchase of EV school buses.  (That’s all in addition to the many subsidies already in place for EV.)

Because nothing says, “let people be free to make value-choices in the market” than forcing them to subsidize politically favored businesses and tech.

And, as Husebo observes, this move was connected to another subservient bow to Her Highness, Speaker Pelosi, allowing her to push ahead with Biden’s second serving of poison pork, the “Build Back Better” budget, currently existing in two forms – the House version, and the Senate version – that must be “reconciled.”

After 13 Republicans voted to pass Biden’s infrastructure bill, a rule was passed providing consideration for the reconciliation package’s framework, a key function that must occur in order to send the massive tax and spend package into the process of reconciliation.

As Congresswoman Majorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) tweeted on Saturday, the 13 RINOs are:

John Katko (NY), Don Bacon (NE), Jefferson Van Drew (NJ), Don Young (AK), Fred Upton (MI), Adam Kinzinger (IL), Anthony Gonzalez (OH), Tom Reed (NY), Chris Smith (NJ), Andrew Garbarino (NY), Nicole Malliotakis (NY), Brian Fitzpatrick (PA), and David McKinley (WV).

As Fatma Khaled observes for Newsweek, the bill passed 228 to 206, and now, Republican House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy is under fire for not stopping the liberal GOP defection against the Constitution and our progeny that is disguised under the title “infrastructure.”

’I can't believe Republicans just gave the Democrats their socialism bill,’ Matt Gaetz of Florida tweeted on Saturday. Chip Roy chimed in, tweeting, ‘that 13 House Republicans provided the votes needed to pass this is absurd.’

Absurd is a kind way to describe this offense to American history, principles, and the American people.

The ideals embraced by the people of the Founding era appear to be invisible, unknowable, or irreconcilable to the flagrantly political parasites who, like these thirteen and the Dems who worked with them, flout and break the very oath they took when entering the offices the U.S. Constitution created.

Are we to see the “CON” in the word Constitution as just that? A confidence trick? Have generations of Americans been conned to think that the rules mean something to those hacks?

Evidently, based on how things have gone in Washington, that might just be the case.
