Imagine having Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS) so badly that you make threats against a public official’s family, pets and even their own life. Some on the far-left have continued to display their “tolerance” by doing just that to a woman simply trying to do her job by the letter of the law.
President Donald Trump tweeted on Monday that he has advised the General Services Administration (GSA) to go ahead with “initial protocols” regarding the transitioning of power to Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden.
GSA administrator Emily Murphy was specifically singled out by Trump for “her steadfast dedication and loyalty to our Country.”
I want to thank Emily Murphy at GSA for her steadfast dedication and loyalty to our Country. She has been harassed, threatened, and abused – and I do not want to see this happen to her, her family, or employees of GSA. Our case STRONGLY continues, we will keep up the good...

...fight, and I believe we will prevail! Nevertheless, in the best interest of our Country, I am recommending that Emily and her team do what needs to be done with regard to initial protocols, and have told my team to do the same.

As the president noted, Murphy has been the target of despicable threats to her family, her staff, her pets and even her own life in an attempt to pressure her into prematurely beginning the transition of power from Trump to Biden, even though a winner has not officially been determined in the presidential race.
In a letter Murphy wrote to Biden, which was posted to Twitter by CBS News Senior Investigative Correspondent Catherine Herridge, Murphy said that she “did not receive any direction (WH or Executive Branch official) to delay my determination” into beginning the transition.
“I did, however, receive threats online, by phone, and by mail directed at my safety, my family, my staff, and even my pets in an effort to coerce me into making this determination prematurely,” Murphy wrote in the letter to Biden.
Murphy did state that the pressure and threats did not affect her decision at all.
“Contrary to media reports and insinuations, my decision was not made out of fear or favoritism,” Murphy continued.
Here’s Herridge’s tweet with Murphy’s letter (Note: The rest of Herridge's Twitter thread merely quotes what's already in the letter):

People need to stop making violent threats towards others because every little thing isn’t to their liking. Grow up, people! Stop acting like petulant children.
