On Fox News Sunday, Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) was asked about the next steps after the impeachment vote has occurred, and his focus was on Hunter and Joe Biden.
“It’s going to end, we’re going to turn the page and deal with the issues important to the American people, and the day of reckoning is coming for congressional and Senate oversight of Joe Biden and the FISA warrants.”
Graham still has many questions about the millions of dollars Hunter Biden made while on the board of Ukranian energy company Burisma, while Joe Biden was Vice-President.
“I want to know why the Obama administration did nothing about this obvious conflict of interest,” Graham said.
Graham listed former Secretary of State John Kerry’s chief of staff, House impeachment manager Adam Schiff, the whistleblower, and Hunter and Joe Biden among those he plans to call to testify on the matter in the coming weeks.
“We’re going to get to the bottom of this, and I can prove beyond any doubt that Joe Biden’s effort in the Ukraine to root out corruption was undercut because he let his son sit on the board of the most corrupt company in the Ukraine. And we’re not going to give him a pass on that.”
According to Graham, the American people should expect there to be an investigation of this matter, otherwise he and his colleagues would be remiss in their duties.
“Let me tell Republicans out there: you should expect us to do this, if we don’t do this we are letting you down.”
