Somebody has needed to ask this question of politicians for a while now: “Have you no shame?”

The correct answer to that, in many cases -- and particularly in the case of Florida Rep. Frederica “Where’s My Little Pony” Wilson -- is, "No."

Speaking on Fox & Friends Friday morning, Fox News correspondent and contributor Geraldo Rivera slammed Wilson for politicizing a phone call President Trump placed to the widow of a fallen U.S. soldier who was killed in Niger on Oct. 4.

Trump came under fire on Wednesday after Wilson accused him of "disrespecting" the Gold Star family during the condolence call to the widow of Sgt. La David T. Johnson. During a White House press briefing Thursday, an emotional White House Chief of Staff Gen. John Kelly defended the president, saying he himself was "stunned" when he heard Wilson was turning such a private moment surrounding the death of a U.S. soldier into a political football.

Rivera, after listening to what he called Kelly's “most heartfelt speech,” then called out the shameless Wilson for politicizing one of the few things left that hasn’t been politicized by media and politicians — condolence calls.

“I mean, at some point, you’ve got to think, where’s the dignity?" Rivera said. “Have you no shame?”

So, does Wilson have any shame? Not if you listen to what she had to say after Kelly’s statements.

Here’s Wilson’s response:

You mean to tell me that I have become so important that the White House is following me and my words? This is amazing! It’s amazing. That is absolutely phenomenal. I have to tell my kids that I’m a rock star now!

Absolutely disgusting. Maybe with all the media attention she’s getting, Wilson will be able to buy a few more cowboy hats.
