George Zimmerman, the man acquitted of murdering Trayvon Martin in 2013 was involved in a shooting today, according to police in lake Mary, Florida.
Police say that the shooting involved two men and that Zimmerman suffered a minor gunshot wound.

Zimmerman has been in the news several times since his acquittal in the Trayvon Martin case, having been accused of assaulting his girlfriend on three different occasions. In all cases his girlfriend recanted the allegations.
