We have all seen how leftists have accosted conservatives in one way or another. From harassing Republican politicians at restaurants to the Antifa “protesters” appearing at Tucker Carlson’s house to intimidate him and his family, the boldness from the far Left is increasing.

More recently, Fox News contributor Kat Timpf, who regularly appears on “The Greg Gutfield Show,” says she was forced to leave a Brooklyn bar after a woman, who was "visibly intoxicated," continually followed and harassed her after learning she worked for conservative media outlets.

Timpf, who also contributes to the National Review, reportedly arrived at the bar and became separated from her friends. After she began conversing with a man who asked her her occupation, the nearby drunk woman became infuriated with Timpf and began screaming at her to leave the bar.

“I was just ran out of an establishment because of where I work. Chewed out, abused. But I guess that’s the norm now,” she wrote in a tweet.

According to National Review

“It’s not the first instance of politically motivated harassment Timpf has dealt with while out in Brooklyn. Last year, an unidentified man dumped a bottle of water on her head while she was preparing to speak at a local campaign event, and she was again harassed while eating at a Manhattan restaurant several months ago.”

Timpf admits that there are times she is hesitant to go out with her glasses on because they make her "more recognizable," but says she doesn’t plan to limit herself from public exposure.

Harrassing someone just because they work in conservative media just doesn’t make any sense. Timpf says no one actually ever takes issue with her viewpoints on issues, but that they are just "reacting to her professional affiliations."

“I’m not on the left or right so I don’t really understand this,” she said.

Here's a video from Fox News where Timpf describes the belligerent encounter:
