Joe Biden Keeps Talking About a Creepy 'Liberal World Order'

Make no mistake about it: former Vice President Joe Biden wants the world to know that the “liberal world order” is under attack.

On three separate occasions, Biden has referenced the demise of the "liberal world order," stating that any policies contrary to liberal diplomacy and increased democratic globalism would lead the United States and the rest of the world “down a very dark path.”

The first instance took place just 48 hours before Biden relinquished his VP duties to make way for the Trump administration. Speaking at the Davos World Economic Forum, Biden condemned Russian President Vladimir Putin for what he saw as Putin’s attempt to “roll back decades of progress” concerning the "liberal world order."

The second instance marked an unprecedented move from a former vice president, as he took a swing at President Donald Trump and his 'America First" policies. While accepting a prize from the Center for Strategic and International Studies, Biden stated:

The appeal to populism and nationalism is a siren song, a way for charlatans to aggrandize their power, raise themselves up, break down those mechanisms that are designed within our Constitution and internationally to limit the abuse of power and destabilize the world

President Obama and I have been very quiet and respectful, giving the administration time. Some of these roots are being sunk too deeply. I believe it's time to challenge some of the dangerous assumptions that are attempting to replace that liberal world order.

Yeah, Biden. Heaven forbid the American people, as well as citizens of other sovereign nations, decide that one great big socialized world agenda doesn’t fit into their plans for freedom and national security.

The last instance was downright ridiculous. At a Tuesday event, in front of a crowd of college students, Biden again lamented President Trump’s abandoning of the "liberal world order" and, in the same breath, had the nerve to mention that one of his European prime minister buddies likened President Trump to Italian World War II dictator Benito Mussolini.

Biden stated that his prime minister friend based his similarities on an event involving President Trump pushing aside the Prime Minister of Montenegro.

Now, I’m no expert, but equating a president pushing his way to the front of a crowd of world leaders with a dictator literally responsible for the death of hundreds of thousands of human beings just does not compute.

But leave it to Joe Biden to push his "liberal world order" talk despite its blatant failures.

One thing is certain: the former vice president should think twice before commenting on what he sees as “bizarre behavior.” The video below documenting a few instances of Biden’s own creepy encounters gives me the sense that I wouldn’t want to take part in any kind of "order" he’s serving up.
