Symone Sanders, Former Bernie Sanders for President Spokesperson, claims that the White House Press Secretary thinks she’s “Rosa Parks” and “the folks calling for civility might need to check their privilege.”

Monday on CNN’s The Lead with Jake Tapper, Tapper speculated that the White House would prefer to talk about Press Secretary Sarah Sanders as “a victim” after being asked to leave a restaurant for being part of the Trump administration.

"Absolutely. They are using the bully pulpit and I think Sarah Sanders thinks she’s Rosa Parks in this situation and she’s absolutely not,” Symone Sanders said.

“Look, I definitely don’t want anybody coming up to me and putting me out the Shake Shack. I want to be clear; I want to get my burger and fries in peace. But there is something to be said about that the folks calling for civility might need to check their privilege.”

“Where is the civility in the press briefing room Jake? Where is the civility at the border for these children? This conversation about civility is completely one-sided and skewed.”

Yes, Symone it is.

Perhaps if CNN is curious about where civility went in the White House press briefing room, they should ask their own Jim Acosta.
