A West Palm Beach, Fla. teen was ordered by a judge Wednesday to undergo a mental health assessment after being caught impersonating a doctor... again!

Malachi Love-Robinson, 18, who was accused of impersonating a doctor in 2015, was charged on five counts of using another person’s identification without consent and one count of larceny.

According to the Sun-Sentinel:

The teen's latest charges stem from allegations that he was cashing checks stolen during house calls he made to an 86-year-old woman who said she found the 18-year-old through an online search.

The arrest report stated that Love-Robinson stole Anita Morrison's checkbook and “criminally used” $34,504 from her account to pay for car loans and credit card debt.

Hey, the kid had bills to pay. That’s an excuse, right?

Love-Robinson’s attorney, Andrew Stine, said that law enforcement pressured Morrison into pressing charges against his client.

Stine told Judge Joseph Marx, “It was kind of a mockery. We don’t have all the evidence.”

As indicated earlier, this was not the first time Love-Robinson impersonated a doctor.

In January of 2015, Love-Robinson was accused of impersonating a doctor at St. Mary’s Medical Center when was just 17-years-old. Love-Robinson apparently wore a white lab coat and peeked in on a gynecological exam.

The Sun-Sentinel also reported:

Then, on Feb. 16, he was arrested on a charge of practicing medicine without a license after being accused of pretending to be a doctor and opening a clinic in West Palm Beach. The arrest came after he gave physical exams and medical advice to people, including an undercover officer, the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office said. He was released on bond after that arrest.

Stine claims that his client repeatedly told the officer during the exam that he was not a doctor, even though Love-Robinson gave medical exams and opened his own office.

Love-Robinson does claim to have a doctorate from Universal Life Church, an online Christian school, which sells them online for $29.95.
