Towards the end of his second term, President Reagan visited Pat Troy's Irish Pub in Alexandria Virginia.
Had some words for the adoring crowd. Reagan was of Irish descent and had a few anecdotes for the St. Patrick's Day revelers. His speech starts at about the 4:00 mark and he talks a little bit about his heritage and the lessons he learned about his Irish background throughout his life.
