In October of 2013 after coming to a budget agreement with House Republicans, President Obama may have given the GOP a great idea. This, despite the fact that at the time he was also blaming them for the recent government shutdown.
“You don’t like a particular policy or a particular president? Then argue for your position. Go out there and win an election.”
What a great idea! Thanks Obama!
So, that’s exactly what Republicans did last Tuesday.
Conservatives disagree with many of Obama’s ideas, but here we see that even he comes up with a good one every once in a while.
