Fiorina Would Use Americans' Smart Phones to Involve Them in Budgeting Process

In the spin room following Tuesday's GOP debate, presidential candidate and businesswoman Carly Fiorina told MRCTV that she would use Americans' cell phones to get them directly involved in the budgetary process.

Fiorina said that, as president, she would "use technology" consult the American people who know her budget plan is "a really good idea":

“I’m going to go to the citizens of this great nation who know this is a really good idea – because 75% of us believe the federal government is corrupt, and 82% of us believe we have a professional political class.”
