Fox News national correspondent Bill Melugin has kept up his important reporting from along the U.S. southern border with Mexico. In the face of the federal government doing everything they can to distract from the disgraceful state said border is currently in, there are still some journalists who remember possibly the most important story facing the U.S. yesterday, today and tomorrow.

On Tuesday, Melugin published video to Twitter reportedly showing “the mass release of single adult migrants from federal custody” in Brownsville, Texas.

“This group was dropped off on a bus 2 hours ago and just left a NGO [Non-Governmental Organization],” Melugin stated in the tweet. “I’m told several hundred are released here every day, mostly via parole.”

Melugin also reported that “sources” told him “migrants are asked to turn themselves into ICE [Immigrations and Customs Enforcement]” and that “many of them are given these phones by the government to track them and allow them to communicate w/ ICE, but there’s no way to stop them from being tossed.”

So NGOs are aiding the illegal immigrants’ invited invasion into the U.S. and the federal government is giving them free cell phones that are supposed to keep track of them while allowing them to go on their way to pretty much anywhere they want in the country.

It’s becoming increasingly clear that our federal government has aided and abetted the invasion of the U.S. by encouraging it through both placement and ignorance using legal Americans’ tax dollars.

Maybe if they paid the same amount of attention to our own southern border as they do to the Ukrainian border with Russia half way around the world, our own country might be in better shape.

Although, maybe that’s the point.
