Even Democrats Want Hillary To Stop Whining About the Election

Everyone wants Hillary Clinton to just stop talking about the 2016 election -- about what caused her to lose, how she almost won, about every detail she's revisited so many times it's become nauseating.

Clinton's constant whining over having lost the election because of sexism, racism, every other type of 'ism" has gotten older than Bernie Sanders, and apparently, even her fellow Democrats think so. Far-left, Trump-hating Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer had this to say to the Washington Post last month:

“When you lose to somebody who has 40-percent popularity, you don’t blame other things -- Comey, Russia -- you blame yourself.”

Now this, of course, has to do with the fact that Clinton may just be the worst possible messenger for the Democratic party reboot that leftist leaders are hoping to launch.

But Clinton can't seem to stop. In her upcoming book, aptly titled, "What Happened," she promises to "let her guard down" and talk about her mistakes. Supposedly, she'll offer up a few reasons why she lost the election besides everyone being a hateful bigot.

Good on her for being more self-aware, but wouldn't her time and effort be better spent on just about anything else? Well, her side certainly seems to think so.

Bloomberg explains:

Associates hoped Clinton would also find a way to make a different contribution, perhaps as a university president or foundation head. There have even been suggestions that she move overseas for a couple of years.

So will the almost, should've been, might've been "Madame President" going to do any of that? Will she cease her blame game? According to Bloomberg, that seems unlikely:

She remains haunted by her defeat. The gist of her message next month, based on her public statements and accounts of private conversations from people who’ve talked to her, will be: I accept the blame for what happened, but the bigger problems were Russian meddling, Comey’s on-again, off-again handling of the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s probe of her private email server, the Democratic Party, and maybe even some of her own campaign staffers.

Well, it's the thought that counts, right?
