Trump-hating lawyer Michael Avenatti has lost in court yet again.

Courthouse News Service is reports that the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Manhattan rejected Avenatti's appeal on his conviction for extorting Nike.

The lawyer once loved by CNN and MSNBC (landing an incredible 254 live television appearances in 2018 alone) was sentenced to 2 and a half years in prison for his actions in the Nike case.

The former media darling was later convicted of defrauding Stormy Daniels out of a book contract and given an additional 2 and half years.

Rueters reports that late last year Avenatti pleaded guilty to cheating other clients, including a paraplegic, out of millions – this resulted in an additional 14 year sentence.

In the recent appeal rejection, Circuit Judge Reena Raggi said reasonable jurors could find that Avenatti "used a quid pro quo to solicit a bribe from Nike".

MSNBC’s Stephanie Rhule once claimed that “The Democrats could learn something " from Avenatti.  As congressional investigations into the Biden family continue, one could argue that they probably have.

Avenatti could be eligible for release in January 2036 - a presidential election year. Alert Brian Stelter - he may take an Avenatti campaign very seriously, he has in the past.
