Joe Biden's son Hunter Biden was indicted on a series of felony gun charges Thursday.
Biden was charged with making a false statement to purchase a firearm, making a false statement related to information required to be kept by federal firearms licensed dealers, and possessing a firearm by a person who is an unlawful user of or addicted to controlled substances when he purchased a Colt Cobra handgun in 2018.

Hunter Biden initially hoped to avoid an indictment after striking a sweetheart deal over gun and tax charges, but that deal dissolved after a judge questioned the plea agreement.
The current charges carry a maximum of 25 years in prison total. Each count also carries a maximum fine of $250,000.
This could force Hunter to sell another painting or two to a Democratic donor.
‘The Big Guy’ has yet to comment on the indictment.
