Tuesday on the Ellen DeGeneres Show, Ellen made one very special young man’s dream come true as part of her #BeKindToOneAnother campaign.

Sam Forbes, a 17-year-old young man with autism, has been seen in videos dancing while working at Starbucks. All Sam wanted to do was work at Starbucks before his boss, Chris Ali, made his dream come true.

Ali first met Forbes at a camp for kids with autism, and said that Sam really stood out to him.

“He told me one of his dreams was to be a barista, and I wanted to make that happen,” Ali told Ellen.

Forbes told Ellen how Ali gave him the job at Starbucks:

“So I went to the store, and I thought I was going to get a formal interview. But then Chris just said ‘you got the job,’ and in that moment my life changed. My whole world changed.”

Ellen then asked about Forbes' dancing behind the counter. The young man told her that the reason he dances is because he concentrates better when he dances.

Ellen then asked Forbes, “So you like working with Chris?”

Forbes response was nothing short of heartwarming, “Yeah! He’s an amazing boss, and he’s also like a really, really good friend. I wouldn’t give him up for anything.”

Ellen then proceeded to go above and beyond to make one of Forbes' longest life dreams come true -- and his reaction was nothing short of priceless. Check out what happens in the video below:
