A dead Democrat won re-election in Pennsylvania on Tuesday.
Democrat Tony DeLuca died at age 85 on Oct. 9 of complications from lymphoma, but won re-election.
DeLuca was on the ballot against Green candidate Queonia Livingston for state representative for the 32nd District.

WPXI-TV reports DeLuca won with 82% of the vote. There were no Republicans on the ballot for the seat.

The seat will remain vacant until the Department of State sets a special election date.
