Critical Race Theory Banned By Idaho Gov.

Legislation describing the tenets of “Critical Race Theory” and banning it from being taught in public schools and universities, has been signed into law by Gov. Brad Little (R ).

The law says the teachings of Critical Race Theory “exacerbate and  inflame divisions on the basis of sex, race, ethnicity, religion, color, national origin, or other criteria in ways contrary to the unity of the nation and the well-being of the state of Idaho and its citizens.”

Little signed the bill on Wednesday, which prohibits taxpayer funds from going to any institution teaching the theory.

“No moneys shall be expended by the state board of education, any entity under the state board of education's jurisdiction, or any school district, public charter school, or public institution of higher education for any purpose prohibited in section 33-138, Idaho Code,” the bill says.

The measure aims to insure “dignity and nondiscrimination in public education.” Idaho is the first state in the nation to enact such a measure prohibiting Critical Race Theory.

The move follows Little's recent signing of a law to prohibit abortions in Idaho for cases in which a fetal heartbeat can be detected.

Let's face it, Idaho is on a roll right now.
