A 34 year-old illegal alien in Wisconsin has pled guilty to sex trafficking her own 12 year-old daughter.
Elia Antonio pled guilty this week to charges of trafficking a child, failure to protect a child, and misdemeanor bail jumping. Her sentencing is scheduled to take place in three months, on August 21. She faces a maximum sentence of 52 years in prison.
Wisconsin’s WLUK news provides details of the assault:
“According to the criminal complaints, Juan Rocha-Mejia allegedly paid Antonio $250 for sexual access to her daughter last May.
“Rocha-Mejia allegedly assaulted the girl in the back of a van in Oakfield. The girl, according to authorities, fought off her attacker, who had bound and blindfolded her, biting him before running away to a nearby home, where a good Samaritan called 911.”
Rocha-Mejia, also an illegal alien, is Antonio’s boyfriend. He is currently being prosecuted on related charges, as Breitbart.com reports:
“Rocha Mejia crossed the United States-Mexico border in October 2021 and was subsequently released into the U.S. interior, where he ended up in Wisconsin. He has been charged with first-degree sexual assault, child enticement, strangulation, and false imprisonment.”
