Media Research Center President Brent Bozell has signed a letter calling on House Speaker Rep. Mike Johnson (R-La.) to invite Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to address a joint session of Congress in order to set the record straight regarding the Israel-Hamas war in the face of the Biden Administration’s efforts to obstruct Israel’s efforts to wipe out the terrorist organization that attacked Israel on October 7.

Bozell joined a host of conservative leaders in signing the letter from former Vice President Mike Pence's nonprofit, Advancing American Freedom.

An address to Congress by Netanyahu would enable Israel’s prime minister to inform an apathetic media and “help fact cut through the fiction” as “The Biden Administration continues to undermine Israel at every opportunity, likely for political reasons,” the letter explains:

“It would help fact cut through fiction, as the media’s attention on the Israel-Hamas war and the remaining hostages, particularly the five Americans still believed to be held hostage by Hamas, continues to fade.”

“It is imperative that Congress show its support for Prime Minister Netanyahu and the Israeli people in their war against Hamas,” the conservative leaders say.

However, instead of voicing support, Democrat Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) is calling for Prime Minister Netanyahu to be replaced. Meanwhile, Pres. Biden continues to pressure Israel’s leader to stop fighting and allow its attacker, a terrorist group, to survive.

“The people of Israel will choose when they'll have elections, who they elect, and it's not something that will be foisted upon us," Netanyahu fired back at Schumer Sunday during an interview with Fox & Friends Weekend:

"It's wrong to try to replace the elected leaders of a sister democracy and a staunch American ally at any time, but especially during the time of war."

An Israel delegation is slated to visit the Nation’s Capital in the coming days to speak with Biden Administration officials, Fox News White House Correspondent Peter Doocy reports.

The text of the letter to Speaker Johnson is presented below:

“Dear Speaker Johnson,

“We respectfully request that you extend an invitation to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to address a joint session of Congress. The address would allow Prime Minister Netanyahu to directly update Congress and the American people on the ongoing war. It would help fact cut through fiction, as the media’s attention on the Israel-Hamas war and the remaining hostages, particularly the five Americans still believed to be held hostage by Hamas, continues to fade.

“Israel continues to make great progress in its war to eliminate Hamas and other terrorist groups, despite the Biden Administration’s best efforts to handcuff Israel. The Biden Administration continues to undermine Israel at every opportunity, likely for political reasons.

“Recently, President Biden accused Prime Minister Netanyahu of hurting Israel more than helping Israel.” Meanwhile, leaks indicate that the Biden Administration is considering conditioning military aid to Israel if the Israeli Defense Force invades the last remaining Hamas stronghold, Rafah. In response to the Biden Administration’s faux support, Israel is now reportedly pivoting away from American-made weapons.

“For these and so many other unfortunate reasons, it is imperative that Congress show its support for Prime Minister Netanyahu and the Israeli people in their war against Hamas.

“A joint-session invitation would send a meaningful signal of support, and the address itself would be a powerful platform for the Prime Minister to update America on the truth.

“Thank you for your immediate consideration.“
