Football pariah Colin Kaepernick seems to have given up on tweeting endless workout videos in favor of his true calling: smearing America and law enforcement. After bombing in a tryout with the Las Vegas Raiders last year, Kaepernick appears to be less interested in returning to the NFL, more focused on producing woke television documentaries and taking potshots at cops.
Kaepernick’s next documentary is a three-part series, “Killing County,” targeting the Bakersfield, Calif., police department. People Magazine reports the series debuts Feb. 3. Kaepernick and ABC News Studious teamed up on the series featuring the story of Jorge Ramirez Jr., who was killed by police.
People said the documentary covers the story of the Ramirez shooting at a hotel and how it catapulted his family toward “a struggle for justice and answers in their loved one's death.”
The People story by Tristan Balagtas describes the documentary as an exploration of distrust by the Ramirezes and other families toward police officers. Kaepernick is all about distrust of cops.

The Ramirez shooting by Bakersfield police officers took place in September of 2013, outside a Four Points Sheraton hotel. He was reportedly an unofficial police informant at the time. No officers were charged in connection with the shooting.
"Killing County is a story of twists and turns, alleged corruption and cover-up,” according to the trailer. “Raising the question: who do you turn to when the ones who are supposed to serve and protect you are the ones you can't trust?"
We already know Kaepernick hates cops, and in the past, he has compared them to slave patrolmen. The controversy in Bakersfield provides him with another opportunity to disparage public safety officers. Kaepernick also noted in a tweet posted Wednesday that Bakersfield lies in the congressional district of Republican Kevin McCarthy, speaker of the House.
Furthermore, Kaepernick in 2021 released a book of essays titled “Abolition for the People: The Movement for a Future Without Policing and Prisons.” Among the many essays by radical cop haters is Kaepernick’s blunt gem, “F**k Reform.”
“Cops are getting paid leave for killing people,” Kaepernick stated. “That’s not right. That’s not right by anyone’s standards.” He also referred to police officers as terrorists.
With his unhinged hatred of police officers, Kaepernick hardly comes off as the balanced creator of a documentary on cops. The jaded NFL cast-off also produced a Netflix documentary comparing the NFL scouting combine as a modern-day version of slave auctions.
Enough said.
