Los Angeles-based conservative street artist Sabo placed fake advertisements around the city advertising Jimmy Kimmel’s “estrogen hour” show after Kimmel used his show to plead for gun control.

The ads posted on Sabo’s Twitter show Kimmel in an advertisement for his show, dubbed “Estrogen Hour,” and the film “Cry Baby”:

“Two facts are clear,” Sabo told the Hollywood Reporter. “The first is that gun control laws accomplish nothing. Criminals don’t abide by them. The second is that the left’s aim in abolishing the Second Amendment is to have even more control over the people of this country.”

In response to the artwork campaign, Kimmel emailed the Hollywood Reporter a photo of himself sitting on one of Sabo’s benches and flipping the middle finger:

Although he didn’t mention Sabo’s work directly in a later tweet, he addressed a tweet to the “crazies” who are upset at him:

Sabo’s other artwork has included posters in support for former Republican candidate Sen. Ted Cruz.
