One expects the usual divisive gun control rhetoric from CNN following a tragic shooting, but the network found a way to squeeze other leftist agenda items into their coverage as well.

On Tuesday evening, CNN analyst Juliette Kayyem told viewers that as a priority, the government should suspend immigration enforcement in the area of Uvalde, Texas following the elementary school shooting.

“So, I’ve got demographics first of all, an 80 percent hispanic school district, so the most important thing for the federal government to do right now is to say there will be no immigration enforcement during this period in that area,” Kayyem demanded.

Kayyem deemed the suspension of immigration law was necessary because “of the political issues in Texas.”

Kayyem’s commentary went even more of the rails as the interview progressed. For more details check out NewsBusters.
