'Fact Farce CNN' Avoids Controversial, Damning Fauci Email Content

By now, sagacious Americans have come to expect left-leaning, fact-shading, so-called “news” coverage from CNN and its dirty chicken coop of politically-connected, so-called “reporters,” “analysts,” and ideologically collectivist staff.

So it comes as no surprise to discover that its swiftly released “coverage” of the explosive and damning Anthony Fauci emails would completely avoid easily-found examples of hypocrisy and evident deceit, and, instead, praise him and depict him as a kind, rare, honest dealer in the Trump Administration.

It’s infuriating, nonetheless, and CNN needed two so-called “journalists” to handle the polishing act.

Indeed, in a piece entitled, “Thousands of emails from and to Fauci during the pandemic's early days were published. Here's what they show about him”, CNN's Christina Maxouris and Paul LeBlanc pet Fauci so much, it’s a wonder he hasn’t begun purring like a cat.

From the outset, the reader notices it’s a fluff piece, as they depict the trove of over 3,000 Fauci emails as evidence of how hard Fauci worked last year, even as he appeared on TV, calming us dumb bounders who just can’t grasp the religious “SCIENCE.”

He was fielding dozens of questions every day off screen too, answering emails from team members, former colleagues, old friends, reporters, producers, celebrities -- and sometimes strangers desperate for advice or looking to leave a note of ‘thanks.’

Be still our hearts. What a fountain of generosity. He’s just so special and better than we. Thank goodness for his efforts to keep us thick-skulled children calm.

Curiously, CNN’s Maxouris and LeBlanc didn’t bring up the lack of any enumerated constitutional “power” for the existence of National Institutes of Health (NIH), or its branch, Fauci’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease (NIAID). They did not question why the US government shovels billions of dollars into viral gain-of-function research – here or abroad -- despite such research ALSO not being in the US Constitution. They did not mention Fauci’s repeated lies and counter behavior regarding masks. As I mentioned yesterday for MRCTV, the National File’s Patrick Howley took a look at Fauci’s emails, and noted:

Dr. Anthony Fauci advised a former Obama administration Health and Human Services Secretary named Sylvia Burwell not to wear a mask in an email on February 5, 2020. Fauci said that ‘The typical mask you buy in the drug store is not really effective in keeping out virus.’ Of course, Fauci later changed his tune in public and advised the American people to wear dehumanizing facemasks.

CNN did not get into something I discussed yesterday, that, in mid-January, 2021, Fauci intimated to MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow that he had been censored by Trump, but was finally “free” to appear on her show/network once Biden got into the White House, and how Fauci's own email from March 1, 2020, saw him explicitly tell an acquaintance, "I can assure you that I am not being censored."

Instead, they offered:

While many federal government staffers prefer the phone to email, this correspondence offers a rare glimpse into Fauci's frantic schedule and polite, to-the-point demeanor during the time he emerged as a rare source of frank honesty within the Trump administration's Covid-19 task force.

Insufferable.

This is one of the most blisteringly obsequious, cotton-candy gloss-overs I could possibly imagine. It's the Doris Kearns Goodwin school of overlooking damning info and focusing on "personality." Except, so far, these “journalists” haven’t been described as self-excusing plagiarists the way Goodwin has.

Fauci wasn’t a hypocritical, fact-shading, finger-to-the-wind prevaricator whose NIH had money-ties not only to viral research, but which also co-owns the patent for the Moderna mRNA jab. No way. He was “polite” and a “source of frank honesty within the Trump administration’s COVID-19 task force.”

"Frank honesty" must be their term for "deception, prevarication, and lies."

This coming from the network that never questioned all that double-speak and hypocrisy, that scorned Donald Trump for mentioning the valid theory about Wuhan, and still clings to its “repeat it enough and people will believe it” narrative that Trump’s claims were just too outrageous, so, heck, CNN was justified to scorn him.

CNN's duo does not mention the stark difference between Fauci’s public pronouncements regarding directly or indirectly tax-funded gain-of-function work, and what he and “researchers” discussed with each other about such work. Indeed, the CNN writers did not mention the fact that Peter Daszak is caught in the Fauci revelations.

Daszak is the head of the EcoHealth Alliance, which received $3.7 million from NIH and passed on $600,000 of it to the Wuhan Institute of Virology Level 4 Biohazard Lab, where Dr. Shi Zhengli, who’d formerly been working with the NIH-funded Level 4 Biohazard Lab at UNC Chapel Hill, resumed her work on bat-borne coronaviruses.

CNN never mentioned that Daszak is found in Fauci’s email trove, thanking him for dismissing the lab-leak idea – a YEAR before Daszak was put in place by the WHO to engage in the supposed “investigation” of the virus origin.

And, CNN’s dynamic-reporting duo never mentioned the revelation from Fauci’s emails that Fauci admitted in an exchange on January 31, 2020 something that ran completely contrary to his public statements about the possible lab-origin of the SARS CoV-2 virus:

…one has to look really closely at all the (genomic) sequences to see that some of the features (potentially) look engineered.

Instead, it was, just like much of Fauci’s public appearances themselves, spin, deflection, and diversion from CNN.

It’s good to see that the network is consistent, at least.
