Democratic presidential frontrunner Hillary Clinton won the primary contests in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Connecticut and Rhode Island on Tuesday.

During her victory speech at her campaign headquarters in Philadelphia, Clinton responded to GOP presidential frontrunner Donald Trump, who accused her of playing the “woman card.”

“Now, the other day, Mr. Trump accused me of playing the, quote, 'woman card,'” she began. “Well, if fighting for women’s healthcare and paid family leave and equal pay is playing the woman card, then deal me in!”

The crowd ferociously cheered her on.

Clinton's Democratic rival, Bernie Sanders, won Rhode Island’s primary on Tuesday.

The Sanders campaign will be reassessing the Vermont senator's candidacy, according a senior campaign strategist. However, Sanders has remained adamant about staying in the race until the Democratic convention in July.

On the Republican side, Trump made a clean sweep of all five states.
