One of Hillary Clinton’s released emails contains a request for a book that teaches how to delete emails, ABC News reports.

In an email, Clinton asked to borrow the book, “SEND: Why People Email so Badly and How to Do it Better” by David Shipley and Will Schwalbe. One of the chapters in the book is titled, “The Email That Can Land You in Jail.”

Examples provided of “Stupid (and Real) Email Phrases That Wound Up in Court” include “DELETE THIS EMAIL!,” “Can we get away with it?,” “They’ll never find out,” and “This might not be legal.”

According to ABC News, there is a section within that chapter that deals with “How to Delete Something So It Stays Deleted.” ABC News claims the authors advised to “make sure that it’s not just elsewhere on the drive but has in fact been written over sixteen or twenty times and rendered undefinable.”

Page 226 allegedly comes with the warning, “If you’re issued a subpoena, your deletion binge will only make you look guilty.”
