Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign is offering people actual physical “woman cards” for a donation of $1.
In an email sent to supporters, Hillary for America’s Women Outreach Director Mini Timmaraju wrote the organization is offering a “limited number” of woman cards.
Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump recently accused Clinton of playing the “woman card.” Clinton herself has often said people should support her candidacy simply because she is a woman.
The email reads, “We've been hearing from supporters all over the country that they'd like a ‘woman card’ of their very own -- to display proudly on a fridge or pull out of their wallet every time they run into someone who says women who support Hillary must not be using our brains.”
Supporters are prompted to hit a button to “donate $1” to receive the card.
