Classy! Actor Christian Bale Credits 'Satan' as 'Inspiration' for Cheney Role During Golden Globes

The Hollywood Communistic Cult was out in full force Sunday night, and as usual they just couldn’t “resist” spreading their venom towards anything or anyone that isn’t far left of center.

Hothead British actor Christian Bale won the award for Best Performance by an Actor in a Motion Picture for his portrayal of former Vice President under George W. Bush, Dick Cheney, in the film “Vice.” Bale took the stage and in unoriginal fashion took scattered shots at the man who Bale wouldn’t have won the award without — Cheney.

“Thank you to Satan for giving me inspiration on how to play this role,” Bale mockingly and self-righteously said.

Knowing how the Hollywood radicals typically operate, maybe Bale was literally thanking Satan instead of taking a potshot at Cheney.

Earlier in the speech, Bale thanked the lefty director of “Vice” Adam McKay while at the same time taking another shot at Cheney.

“Thank you to that geezer over there, Adam [McKay],” Bale said. “He said, he said, ‘I’ve got to find somebody who can be absolutely charisma free and reviled by everybody,’ so that’s gotta be Bale, innit?”

After that enlightened thank you to McKay, Bale then suggested another Republican target for Hollywood to bash.

“What do you think, [Kentucky Sen.] Mitch McConnell next?” Bale asked the entitled audience before getting a rabid reaction from McKay.

Here’s Bale’s speech in its entirety:

The funny thing is that the movie is projected to barely break even.

After it’s second week of release, “Vice” has a domestic total of almost $30 million, according to Box Office Mojo. The problem is that the budget for the film was $60 million. Anyone that knows anything about movies knows that films rarely see increases in revenue after the first week of release. In only its second weekend, “Vice” grossed just under $6 million at the box office, seeing a 25.3 percent decline from its first weekend.

It seems the film has received mixed reviews as it has only received a 63 percent approval rating from bought-and-paid-for movie critics, according to movie review site Rotten Tomatoes. “Vice” has received a 54 percent approval rating from audiences.

For people that constantly preach “tolerance,” Hollywood sure does have a hell of a time being mean spirited at their “celebrations,” don’t they?
