The invitation to “speak before Congress” that Speaker of the House John Boehner (R-Ohio) extended to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has been met with consternation by House Democrats, and opprobrium from the White House – but this reaction from Rep. Charles Rangel (D-N.Y.) is the strangest we’ve seen.
