During the Fox News/Google Republican presidential debate in Des Moines, Iowa on Thursday, Dr. Ben Carson said that the government must stop allowing political correctness to dictate U.S. policy decisions.
“We need to stop allowing political correctness to dictate our policies,” said Carson, “because it’s going to kill us if we don’t.”
“We are a nation of immigrants,” he went on. “As such, everybody is welcome from any race, any country, any religion, if they want to be Americans – if they want to accept our values, our laws.”
“If not, they can stay where they are,” Carson added.
