Cards Against Humanity Fights Trump By Purchasing Land on The Border

The makers of the intentionally offensive card game Cards Against Humanity have purchased a plot of land along the U.S.-Mexico border in order to prevent the construction of a border wall.

On Tuesday, Cards Against Humanity launched a holiday campaign asking for $15 to send people “America-saving surprises.” The “day one preview” for the campaign claims the money “stops the wall.”

The site claims the people behind Cards Against Humanity bought a plot of land to fight against President Trump, who they describe as a “preposterous golem who is afraid of Mexicans.” According to the promotion, Cards Against Humanity has purchased vacant land around the border and has hired a lawyer to fight against eminent domain claims.

Cards Against Humanity says on day one of the promotion, all of the people who shelled out $15 will receive a map of the land on the border, a certificate of Cards Against Humanity’s pledge to fight against the wall, and other swag.

In the frequently asked questions section of the promotion, when prompted with the question of whether they’re becoming “politically correct,” Cards Against Humanity responds by saying they’re “just being regular correct.”

According to the Chicago Tribune, Cards Against Humanity raised $2.25 million from their anti-border wall campaign.
