Arnold Schwarzenegger's days as governor of California are officially over. Today, Jerry Brown has been sworn in as the 39th governor of the state. Brown also served as governor from 1975 to 1983.

Brown, who beat Meg Whitman for the honors, openly admitted on CNN that during his first go-around he never had a plan for California.
