Democrat VP nominee Tim Walz is now blaming incorrect “grammar” for why he falsely stated he carried guns in war when he in fact never served in or near a combat zone.
“You said that you carried weapons in war, but you never deployed actually in a war zone…the idea that you said you were ‘in war’ - did you misspeak as the campaign has said?” CNN’s Dana Bash asked Walz during a pre-taped joint interview with Democrat presidential nominee Kamala Harris that aired Thursday.
“I said - we were talking about, in this case, this was after a school shooting, the ideas of carrying these weapons of war, and uh, my wife has told me my grammar’s not always correct,” Walz said.

He says lots of nonsense, then claims his, "grammar's not always correct."
He lied about being in combat... but that was just his grammar, you guys.
He thinks you're stupid. pic.twitter.com/PaG3PPLORk
And I’m sure it was just a dangling participle or two that all but forced Walz to lie about his military rank repeatedly over his 20-year political career, when he falsely called himself a retired Command Sergeant Major when he, in fact, was not one.
