Who knew that all the antisemitic protests in blue cities, threats against Jewish students on left-wing college campuses, and Hamas-sympathizing rhetoric among Democrats on Capitol Hill were really all Trump’s fault?

Then again, according to rabid leftists, everything is always Trump’s fault. Still, this one seems a bit of a stretch.

And yet that’s exactly what White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre suggested Monday when she pivoted from discussing the current spate of anti-Jewish rallies to blaming Trump policies and posting to rallies from more than six years ago, all while absolutely refusing to label those screaming for the annihilation of the Jews as “extremists.”

“Does Biden think the anti-Israel protesters in this country are extremists?” Fox News’ Peter Doocy asked KJP during a press briefing.

Pretty straight-forward, given Biden’s habit of branding just about everything right-of-center as “MAGA extremism.”

“There is no place [for antisemitism],” KJP responded.

“Remember, what the president decided, uh, when the president decided to run for president is what he saw in Charlottesville in 2017, when he saw neo-Nazis marching down the streets of Charlottesville with just vile antisemitic hatred,” she went on. (The infamous 2017 Charlottesville protest was actually pushback against Black Lives Matter and the local efforts to tear down a century-old Confederate statue from the town square, but okay.)

“We hear you guys talk about extremists, though, all the time. It’s usually ‘MAGA extremists.’ So what about these protesters who are making Jewish students feel unsafe on college campuses, are they extremists?“ Doocy continued.

“This is a president that has continued to have that fight in this office, in this administration. When he repealed Trump’s Muslim ban on his veery first day in office,” KJP once again pivoted, repeating the lie that former President Trump had banned Muslims from entering the country as legal migrants (he didn’t).

KJP then added that Biden has pushed back against “Islamophobia,” and also antisemitism. But mostly, you know, Islamophobia.
